Beschreibung

Die Serie PQDE6W-D mit 6 W Dauerleistung ist eine Familie isolierter DC/DC-Wandler in einem gekapselten standardmäßigen 2,5 cm x 2,5 cm-Gehäuse. Diese Niedrigprofilmodule bieten einen Eingangsspannungsbereich von 4:1 und einen Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 88 %. Die Serie ist in einem kompakten DIP-Gehäuse untergebracht und bietet einen Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40 bis +85 °C. Geeignet für konvektionsgekühlte Geräte und Anwendungen wie Mikrocontroller, Datenkommunikation, Telekommunikation, Fernsensorik und tragbare Elektronik.
